Refund Policy
All purchases are NON-REFUNDABLE. We are not able to cancel/refund an order once its placed. We want you to be happy so we gladly offer store credit on unworn items within 3days of contacting us after receipt of shipment.
To be eligible for a store credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer is solely responsible for return shipping.
To start , you can contact us at info@lotusluxebrand.store if your return is accepted, we will send you an email. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Contact us within 3days of receiving item.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be exchange, like swim wear and body suits.
Sale items are FINAL SALE
Unfortunately, we cannot accept exchange on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
We only offer exchange on items defective or damaged on our end.
